Applicant privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle the information you provide as part of your application to Meet at Noon.

Photographs

Your photographs are uploaded to a private storage bucket. They are only viewable by our review team via short-lived signed URLs. Your photograph may be used in marketing, with your consent.

Sensitive information

We ask about mental health history, criminal offences and other sensitive matters strictly for safeguarding and suitability. You may choose “Prefer not to say” on any question. Answers are visible only to the small team reviewing applications.

Retention

Applications not selected for the current cycle are deleted within 60 days unless you opt in to retention for future retreats. Successful applicants’ data is kept for the duration of the retreat plus 12 months.
