Meet at Noon (“we”, “us”) collects the information you provide when applying to the retreat, including your contact details, background, references and video introductions.

What we collect

Application form responses, identity and contact information, and the two video introductions you upload. We also process sensitive information (e.g. religion, sexuality, mental health disclosures) strictly to assess suitability for a group retreat environment.

How we use it

We use your information solely to review your application, assess compatibility with other guests, and to communicate about the retreat. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Application data is retained for the current retreat cycle. If you opt in to “retain for future retreats”, we may keep your information for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by writing to meetatnoonretreat@gmail.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
